還記得第一次喝到這瓶艾德麥康馬德拉桶紅韻是在高雄阿瑟洋酒二聖旗艦店，當時邊聊天邊品味著雪茄，後來倒了一杯紅韻相搭的感覺還不錯，也記得那時甜度適中，喝起來還蠻不錯的。
之後離開阿瑟洋酒的幾天後，我就收到寄來的樣品，在今天細細品味下的酒香有橘皮與香蕉的果香，然後還有甜美果醬以及焦糖香，再來就轉換成鮮奶油以及海綿蛋糕香，當香氣來到後段時，突然有個熟悉的糖果味，想了一下後就是許久沒吃的雷根糖。
喝在嘴裡是甜中帶有些油脂感，有些辛香料與香蕉飴的味道，當然也少不了剛才的雷根糖，但較為特別的是喝在嘴裡時，我一直覺得有股特殊的木質香以及煙草的味。
最後我問了一下，這瓶酒全球限量 5781 瓶，但台灣僅有 450 瓶，然後還有誰也喝過了這瓶嗎？
